Dog Lake is located east of White Pass along the north side of Highway 12 in the Wenatchee National Forest. Rafting, canoeing and kayaking are increasingly popular, as is ice fishing during the winter months.
Although it is open to fishing year-round, this high-elevation lake (4207 feet) is not very fishable until the ice & snow cover has receded (mid to late May or early June). Access to the Pacific Crest Train at White Pass is nearby.
Small forest service campground and rough boat launch. Estimated opening on June 13.
