Clear Lake and Falls

Nature watching, fishing and camping

Located next to Rimrock Lake, smaller Clear Lake is another popular fishing destination and is also a great watchable wildlife location. Like Rimrock Lake, Clear Lake is a good place to view bald eagles, osprey, and elk.

Located one mile west of Rimrock Lake and 5.7 miles east of White Pass, this reservoir at 3,615 feet (265 acres) holds rainbow trout and has a public boat launch. Clear Lake Falls occurs where the North Fork Tieton River flows out of Clear Lake and rumbles down a pair of long sliding cascades, 16 and 35 feet tall respectively. A popular fishing area is off the docks and shoreline near Clear Lake Day Use site.
